推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的分期护理观察

目的观察分期护理对推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理效能。方法随机选取72例腰椎间盘突出症患者,分为普通护理组与分期护理组,普通护理组运用常规护理,分期护理组分急性期、亚急性期、慢性期分别给予加强心理护理、功能锻炼、康复指导、饮食宜忌等护理措施,观察临床症状体征、症状自评量表-SCL90焦虑自评量表积分变化,结果采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果普通护理组治愈21例、好转12例、无效3例,总有效率为91.67%;分期护理组治愈23例、好转11例、无效2例,总有效率为94.44%。组间比较,经卡方检验,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组焦虑症状积分和均有明显下降,组内、组间比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论运用分期综合护理可以使患者稳定情绪、消除顾虑、减轻精神压力,配合治疗,取得满意的临床治疗效果。

Staging Nursing Observation on Massage Treatment of Lumbar Disc Disease

Objective To observe the effectiveness of staging nursing in massage therapy of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into general nursing group and the group stages,the use of ordinary care and rou-tine care groups,staging acute care components,sub-acute,chronic psychological care was given to strengthen the functional exercise,rehabilitation instruction,taboo food and other care measures,clinical symptoms and signs,SCL-SCL90 anxiety self-rating scale score changes,the results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 13.0. Results In ordinary care group,21 cases were cured,12 cases were improved,3 cases were in vain,the total effective rate was 91.67%; in the stage care group,23 cases were cured,11 cases were improved and 2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.44%. With comparison between groups by chi-square test,the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05),the points of anxiety symptoms of the two groups significantly reduced; with comparison in the group and between the two groups,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusion The use of integrated care in phases can make patients stabilize emotions,eliminate concerns,reduce stress,which can achieve satisfactory clinical outcomes with aid of treatment.
