摘    要:目的观察人工鼻在老年人工气道患者气道湿化中应用效果。方法将老年病区气管插管及气管切开患者68例,随机分为2组,采用人工鼻气道湿化患者34例,采用定时间断气道湿化患者34例为常规湿化组,观察患者痰液分泌量、吸痰次数、气道湿化程度及气道应急反应。结果人工鼻湿化组在减少患者吸痰次数、日均吸痰量、湿化不足、湿化过度及高气道反应明显优于常规湿化组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论人工鼻在减少痰液分泌量、吸痰次数及保持良好气道湿化效果,减少人工气道并发症方面明显优于常规湿化的方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of artificial nose in the artificial airway humidity among the elderly patients with artificial airway. Methods Sixty-eight patients undergoing artificial airway at department of respiratory were randomly divided into 2 groups, 34 of them in the artificial nose airway humidity group, and 34 in the regular humidity group. The quantity of sputum secretion, times of sputum absorption, degree of airway humidity and acute reaction of respiratory tract were observed. Results The artificial nose airway humidity group was better than the regular humidity group in view of reducing the quantity of sputum secretion, times of sputum absorption, degree of airway humidity and acute reaction of respiratory tract, with significant meanings by the analysis of Chi square test and T test (P<0.01). Conclusions Artificial nose is superior to the method of regular humidity in respect of reducing the quantity of sputum secretion and times of sputum absorption, keeping well effect of airway humidification, and reducing the complications of artificial airway.
