20例基底动脉尖综合征的临床及影像学特征分析

目的:探讨基底动脉尖综合征的临床及影像学特征。方法:对20例基底动脉尖综合征患者进行回顾分析。结果:眩晕、意识障碍、眼球运动障碍和瞳孔异常和视力障碍是最常见的症状及体征。影像学改变有多种形式,以病灶多发、幕上幕下同时受累和双侧受累为特征。主要病因可能是栓塞和血栓形成。临床治疗困难,预后差。结论:基底动脉尖综合征有多种多样的临床及影像学改变,且治疗效果不好,预后不佳。

Clinical and imaging analysis of 20 patients with rostral basilar artery syndrome

Objective: To explore the clinical and imaging features in the rostral basilar artery syndrome.Methods: We studied 20 patients with RBAS retrospectively.Results: Vertigo,disturbance of consciousness and movement of the eyeball,abnormality of the pupils and visual disorder were the common clinical features.There were a variety of radiological alterations.RBAS covers the supra and infratentorial multiple infarctions in both sides.The main cause of disease maybe were the embolism and thrombogenesis. The treat is very difficult and the prognosis is bad.Conclusion: RBAS has diverse clinical and imaging changes,and the therapeutic efficacy and the prognosis is bad.
