子宫畸形妊娠结局48例临床分析

目的：了解子宫畸形的妊娠结局及主要并发症。方法：对1990年1月-2004年我院收治的48例子宫畸形患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：子宫畸形患者流产率40.2%，早产率12.0%，胎位异常率44.0%，剖宫产率75.6%，围生儿病死率12.2%，结论：妊娠合并子宫畸形对母婴健康造成很大危害，应尽早明确诊断，孕期加强管理，减少并发症。

Clinical annlysis of the results of pregnancy in 48 cases of malformed uterus

Objective:To understand the results of pregnancy in gravida with malformed uterus and its main complications.Methods:48 gravidic patients with malformed uterus from january 1990 December 2004 treated in our hospital were analysed retrospectively.Results:In this group,the rate of abortion was 40.2%,the rate of premature labor was 12.0%,the rate of abnormal fetal position mortality of perinatal period was 12.2%.Conclusion:The pregnancy in women with malformed uterus makes for the very big harm to the health of mother and infant.In order to reduce the complication,it is very important to make a clear diagnosis as early as possible and strengthen the management in the gestational period.
