防晒护理联合心理指导在美容手术患者中的应用

目的 探讨对激光美容手术患者应用防晒护理联合心理指导的效果。方法 选取2021年10月-2023年9月于临沂市皮肤病医院门诊接受激光美容手术的86例患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予防晒护理联合心理指导，比较两组心理状况、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组护理后强迫、抑郁、敌对、焦虑评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理后生理、心理、独立性、环境、社会关系评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为4.65%，低于对照组的27.91%（P＜0.05）。结论 防晒护理联合心理指导在激光美容手术患者中的应用效果确切，可减轻患者的不良心理状况，降低术后并发症发生几率，有利于改善其生活质量。

Application Effect of Sunscreen Nursing Combined with Psychological Guidance inPatients Undergoing Laser Cosmetic Surgery

Objective To explore the effect of sunscreen nursing combined with psychological guidance on patients undergoinglaser cosmetic surgery. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent laser cosmetic surgery in the outpatient department of LinyiDermatology Hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into controlgroup and observation group by random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routinenursing, and the observation group was given sunscreen nursing combined with psychological guidance. The psychological status,quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of obsessive-compulsive, depression,hostility and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physiology,psychology, independence, environment and social relations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%, which was lower than 27.91% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of sunscreen nursing combined with psychological guidance in patients with lasercosmetic surgery is exact, which can reduce the adverse psychological status of patients, reduce the incidence of postoperativecomplications, and improve their quality of life.
