临床护理路径下的切口护理对高血压产妇术后切口美观性影响

目的 分析在高血压产妇剖宫产后实施临床护理路径下切口护理对其切口美观性的影响。方法 选取2023年2月-12月我院收治的60例高血压产妇为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施临床护理路径下的切口护理，比较两组切口美观性、切口愈合时间、切口瘢痕评分及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组切口美观性评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组切口愈合时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组PSAS评分、OSAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的23.33%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 在高血压产妇剖宫产后实施临床护理路径下的切口护理的效果良好，可有效缩短切口愈合时间，有利于淡化切口瘢痕，对于提高切口美观性具有积极意义，且术后并发症发生几率较低，安全性较高，值得临床应用。

Effect of Incision Nursing Under Clinical Nursing Pathway on Incision Aesthetics forHypertensive Parturients After Cesarean Section

Objective To analyze the effect of incision nursing under clinical nursing pathway on incision aesthetics forhypertensive parturients after cesarean section. Methods A total of 60 hypertensive parturients admitted to our hospital fromFebruary to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group byrandom number table method, with 30 parturientsin each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observationgroup was given incision nursing under clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group. The incision aesthetics, incisionhealing time, incision scar score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The score of incisionaesthetics in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The incision healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). The PSAS score and OSAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%, which waslower than 23.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of incisionnursing under clinical nursing pathway after cesarean section for hypertensive parturients is good, which can effectively shortenthe healing time of incision, help to dilute the scar of incision, and has positive significance for improving the incisionaesthetics.Meanwhile, the incidence of postoperative complications is low and the safety is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
