眶内侧骨膜折叠联合眼袋皮瓣法在治疗中老年皮肤及肌肉松弛膨出型的效果

目的 探究对面中部松弛合并眼袋患者应用眶隔折叠联合皮瓣法眼袋矫正术治疗的效果。方法 选择2021年6月-2022年6月我院收治的82例中老年皮肤轮匝肌松弛型睑袋膨出患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为传统组和改良组，每组41例。传统组采用皮瓣法眼袋矫正术治疗，改良组采用眶隔折叠联合皮瓣法眼袋矫正术治疗，比较两组手术效果、治疗满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 改良组治疗优良率为97.56%，高于传统组的85.37%（P ＜0.05）；改良组治疗满意度为92.68%，高于传统组的73.17%（P ＜0.05）；改良组并发症发生率为2.44%，低于传统组的14.63%（P ＜0.05）。结论 对中老年皮肤轮匝肌松弛型睑袋膨出患者应用眶隔折叠联合皮瓣法眼袋矫正术治疗的效果良好，且治疗后不良反应发生几率较低，患者满意度较高，值得临床应用。

Effect of Orbital Septum Folding Combined with Flap Bag Correction in the Treatmentof Middle-aged and Elderly Patients with Eyelid Bag Bulging of Skin Orbicularis OculiMuscle Relaxation

Objective To explore the effect of orbital septum folding combined with flap bag correction in the treatment of patientswith middle facial relaxation combined with eye bag. Methods From June 2021 to June 2022, 82 middle-aged and elderly patientswith eyelid bag bulging of skin orbicularis oculi muscle relaxation admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into traditional group and modified group according to the random number table method, with 41 patients in eachgroup. The traditional group was treated with flap bag correction, and the modified group was treated with orbital septum foldingcombined with flap bag correction. The surgical effects, treatment satisfaction and complications were compared between the twogroups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the modified group was 97.56%, which was higher than 85.37% inthe traditional group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the modified group was 92.68%, which was higher than 73.17% of thetraditional group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the modified group was 2.44%, which was lower than 14.63% in thetraditional group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of orbital septum folding combined with flap blepharoplasty in the treatment ofmiddle-aged and elderly patients with eyelid bag bulging of skin orbicularis oculi muscle relaxation is good, and the incidence ofadverse reactions after treatment is low, and the patient satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
