正畸直丝弓矫治技术联合烤瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的应用效果

目的 分析正畸直丝弓矫治技术联合烤瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年1月汉中市人民医院口腔科收治的90例前牙美容修复患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与试验组，各45例。对照组给予传统烤瓷冠修复，试验组给予正畸直丝弓矫治技术联合烤瓷贴面。比较两组牙体修复成功率、牙龈状况、修复满意度及不良反应发生率。结果 试验组牙体修复成功率为97.78%，高于对照组的84.44%（P ＜0.05）；试验组牙龈状态优于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验组修复满意度为95.56%，高于对照组的77.78%（P ＜0.05）；试验组不良反应发生率为4.44%，低于对照组的6.67%（P＞0.05），差异无统计学意义。结论 前牙美容修复采用正畸直丝弓矫治技术联合烤瓷贴面能够提高牙体修复成功率及修复满意度，改善牙龈状态，降低不良反应发生率。

Application Effect of Orthodontic Straight Wire Appliance Combined with PorcelainVeneer in Aesthetic Restoration of Anterior Teeth

Objective To analyze the application effect of orthodontic straight wire appliance technology combined with porcelainveneer in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 90 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth admittedto the Department of Stomatology, Hanzhong People''s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the researchobjects. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 45 patients in eachgroup. The control group was given traditional porcelain crown restoration, and the experimental group was given orthodonticstraight wire appliance combined with porcelain veneer. The success rate of tooth repair, gingival status, repair satisfaction andincidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of tooth repair in the experimentalgroup was 97.78%, which was higher than 84.44% in the control group (P <0.05). The gingival status of the experimental group wasbetter than that of the control group (P <0.05). The repair satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.56%, which was higher than77.78% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.44%, which was lowerthan 6.67% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic straight wireappliance combined with porcelain veneer can improve the success rate and satisfaction of dental restoration, improve gingivalstatus and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
