光固化树脂联合全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中的应用效果

目的 分析光固化树脂联合全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2020年1月-2023年1月收治的80例前牙美容修复患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组开展全瓷冠修复，观察组开展光固化树脂联合全瓷冠修复，比较两组咀嚼功能、整体修复效果、不良反应发生情况及预后满意度。结果 两组修复后咀嚼功能评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组整体修复总有效率为92.50%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%，低于对照组的27.50%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组预后满意度为92.50%，高于对照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 光固化树脂联合全瓷冠在前牙美容修复中的临床效果确切，可改善患者预后，且不良反应发生率较低，患者满意度高，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Light-cured Resin Combined with All-ceramic Crown in AestheticRestoration of Anterior Teeth

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of light-cured resin combined with all-ceramic crown in aestheticrestoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 80 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth admitted to ourhospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group andobservation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was repaired withall-ceramic crowns, and the observation group was repaired with light-cured resin and all-ceramic crowns. The masticatoryfunction, overall repair effect, adverse reactions and prognosis satisfaction were compared between the two groups. ResultsThere was no significant difference in masticatory function score between the two groups after repair (P >0.05). The totaleffective rate of overall repair in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group, andthe difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 27.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The prognosissatisfaction of the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of light-cured resin combined with all-ceramic crown inthe aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth is exact, which can improve the prognosis of patients. Meanwhile, the incidence ofadverse reactions is low, and the patient satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
