摘    要:目的 探究松果菊苷在异质性瘢痕修复过程中的细胞内信号及效果。方法 选择120只斯普拉格-道利大鼠,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和研究组(n=60)。通过创伤诱导异质性瘢痕生成,对照组接受安慰剂处理,研究组接受松果菊苷处理。在特定时间点观察伤口愈合速度,并收集组织样本进行组织学分析,使用分子生物学技术分析炎症标志物、血管生成、基质金属蛋白酶活性和细胞凋亡。结果 研究组伤口愈合时间为(8.48±1.13)d,短于对照组的(11.35±1.57)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组炎症程度、血管密度及胶原沉积面积均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组白细胞浸润、TNF-α、IL-6表达水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CD31阳性血管数目、VEGF表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 松果菊苷在促进异质性瘢痕修复过程中的作用确切,修复效果良好,能够有效促进伤口愈合,减轻瘢痕组织的炎症反应并加快血管生长。

Abstract:Objective To explore the intracellular signal and effect of echinacoside in the process of heterogeneous scar repair. Methods A total of 120 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group (n=60) and study group (n=60). Through wound-induced heterogeneous scar formation, the control group received placebo treatment, and the study group received echinacoside treatment. The wound healing rate was observed at a specific time point, and tissue samples were collected for histological analysis. Molecular biology techniques were used to analyze inflammatory markers, angiogenesis, matrix metalloproteinase activity, and apoptosis. Results The wound healing time of the study group was (8.48±1.13) d, which was shorter than (11.35±1.57) d of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The degree of inflammation, vascular density and collagen deposition area in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of leukocyte infiltration, TNF-α and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The number of CD31 positive blood vessels and the expression level of VEGF in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Echinacoside has a definite effect in promoting the repair process of heterogeneous scars, and the repair effect is good. Meanwhile, it can effectively promote wound healing, reduce the inflammatory response of scar tissue and accelerate vascular growth.
