益母草注射液在预防产时产后出血中的疗效观察

目的观察益母草注射液预防产时（新生儿娩出至产后2小时内）及产后（产后其余时间）出血的作用。方法将300例顺产产妇随机分为3组，每组100例，益母草组、缩宫素组均单纯采用益母草注射液或缩宫素治疗，益母草＋缩宫素组则采用益母草注射液联合缩宫素治疗。主要观察3组产时产后出血量、子宫复旧情况。结果产时出血方面，益母草＋缩宫素组出血量少于益母草组和缩宫素组（P〈0．05）；益母草＋缩宫素组、益母草组的产后出血量均明显低于缩宫素组（P〈0．05）。在产后子宫复旧方面，在第3天、第5天益母草组的子宫底高度低于缩宫素组。结论益母草注射液有明显促宫缩、促子宫复旧的作用，益母草注射液与缩宫素联合应用对预防产时产后出血具有一定的价值。

A Curative Effect of Leonurus Injection in the Prevention of Puerperal Hemorrhage and Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effect of leonurus Injection in the prevention of puerperal hemorrhage（for delivery to the newborn within 2 hours post-partum） and postpartum hemorrhage（post-natal rest of the time）. Method 300 cases of birth mothers were randomly divided into 3 groups, 100 cases in each. leonurus group used a simple liquid leonurus injection treatment, oxytoein group used a simple liquid oxytocin injection treatment, and leonurns＋ oxytocin group used reduced injection leonurus oxytocin treatment. The postpartum hemorrhage, hemorrhagic volume, and the situation of uterine involution between the 3 groups were compared. Results For the puerperal hemorrhage, the leonurus＋oxytocin group was less than the oxytocin group or the leonurus group （P〈0.05）; for the postpartum hemorrhage, the leonurus＋ oxytocin group and the leonurus group was significantly lower than oxytocin group （P〈0.05）. Involution in the uterus, in day 3 and day 5, the height of the uterine of leonurus group is lower than that of oxytocin group. Conclusion Leonurus injection significantly promotes contraction, and promotes the role of uterine involution. Leonurus injection combined with oxytoein production contributes to the prevention of puerperal hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage.
