| 摘 要： | 应用病理学方法对26例食管癌手术切除标本进行观察,检出有切缘癌残留者12例,进行临床病理分析,并探讨其发生原因。结果表明:残留癌的发生率为46.2％,主要原因为手术切除残端的长度不够。其次亦与主体癌本身的某些特性有关。可以认为:术中切缘送冰冻切片诊断很有必要。

| Abstract: | Twelve cut - edge residual cancer were exemined and studied by pathological method among 26 resected specimens of esophageal carcinomas. The results showed that residual cancer rate was 46. 2% ,its main cause was a short margin in the resected specimens of esophageal carcinomas and some specificity of the carcinoma. It is nessesary that frozen sections at the edge of the resected specimens of esophageal carcinoma should be made routinly. |
