胰腺癌自身免疫中钙网蛋白的表达

目的观察钙网蛋白（calretieulin，CRT）在胰腺癌组织及外周血巾的表达情况。方法检测33份胰腺癌患者的胰腺癌组织、癌旁组织的钙网蛋白和外周血清样本ADA抗体、抗ds—DNA抗体、抗组蛋白抗体和钙网蛋白等多种自身抗体，同时选用30份慢性胰腺炎和30份健康体检者的血清样本作为对照．结果胰腺癌患者的癌组织钙网蛋白表达量显著高于癌旁组织，并且存相应的患者血清样本中检测到高水平的钙网蛋白表达，与慢性胰腺炎组和健康体检组存在显著性差异，而ADA抗体、抗ds—DNA抗体、抗组蛋白抗体存胰腺炎和胰腺癌组之间无娃著性差异。结论外周血钙网蛋白检测有助于慢性胰腺炎和胰腺癌的辨别诊断。

Expression of calreticulin in the autoimmunity of pancreatic carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression level of calreticulin（CRT） in pancreatic carcinoma tissues and its peripheral blood. Methods The levels of calreticulin in carcinoma tissues and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues, adenosine deaminase, anti-ds-DNA and anti-histone antibodies in the serumal samples were detected in 33 patients with pancreatic carcinoma, while 30 serumal samples with chronic pancreatitis and 30 normal volunteers. Results The expression level of calreticulin in carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the corresponding adjacent normal tissues of pancreatic carcinoma, and the high expression levels of calreticulin were detected in the serumal samples of the corresponding patients. There was significant difference between patients with chronic pancreatitis and healthy volunteers. Adenosine deaminase, anti-ds-DNA and anti-histone antibodies were found no different between the patients with pancreatic carcinoma and chronic panereatitis. Conclusion It is helpful to detect calreticulin in peripheral blood for differential diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic carcinoma.
