卡介苗素在老年肺结核治疗中应用

目的 探讨卡介苗素在老年肺结核病人治疗中的临床价值。方法 随机抽取2001年3月～2003年6月住院老年肺结核病人100例，随机分为甲、乙两组，两组病人在规律抗痨的同时，甲组配合应用卡介苗素作为观察组，乙组不用卡介苗素作为对照组，比较两组临床效果。结果 两组在治疗期间主要症状明显好转时间、临床症状消失时间、痰茵阴转时间及主要不良反应发生情况等方面有显著差异，甲组明显优于乙组．结论 卡介苗素在老年肺结核病人治疗中可明显提高抗痨效果，值得推广应用。

Application of BCG in Therapy of Aged Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To study the therapelltic value of Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) in the aged patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 100 in-patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were recruited from March 2001 to June, 2003 and divided into two groups. During anti-tuberculosis , one group as observed group used BCG, the other group as control group did not use it. Clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results In theraputic period, there were significant differences, in the time of symptom improving and symptom disappearing, sputum bacteria being negative and occurrence of major adverse reactions. The group using BCG was better than the other one. Conclusion BCG increases the theraputic effect of anti-tuberculosis in aged patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. It is worthwhile popularizing.
