云南省城乡居民超重和肥胖流行特征及影响因素

目的了解云南省城乡居民超重和肥胖流行特征，为制定相关防制策略和措施提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法，对云南省5120名15。69岁人群进行问卷调查和体格测量，计算超重率和肥胖率，并采用单因素和多因素结合的方法探讨超重和肥胖的影响因素。结果云南省城乡15～69岁居民超重率和肥胖率分别为18．2％和4．4％，不同特征居民超重和肥胖率差距较大。多因素模型结果显示，城市居民的超重和肥胖率高于农村（OR=1．274），女性超重和肥胖率高于男性（OR=1．203），30～、45～和60～69岁组超重和肥胖率高于15～岁（OR值分别为1．795、2．107和1．531），回族的超重和肥胖率高于汉族（OR=1．674），某些职业（生产运输操作人员、商业服务业人员、机关企事业单位负责人、办事人员、离退休人员）的超重和肥胖率高于农林牧渔人员。结论云南省城乡居民超重和肥胖率处于较高水平，不同特征人群差异较大，对重点人群的干预迫在眉睫。

The prevalence and influence factors of overweight and obesity in residents of Yunnan province

Objective To study the prevalence character of overweight and obesity in the urban and rural residents （15-69 years old） of Yunnan province and to provide the basis for preventive measures. Methods The subjects （5 120 urban and rural residents） selected with multi-stage stratified sampling were investigated by questionnaire and physical examination. The rates of overweight and obesity were calculated, and the influence factors were analyzed with logistic regression. Results The morbidities of overweight and obesity were 18.2% and 4.4%. There were significant differences of overweight and obesity rates in residents with different characters. Multiple-factor analysis showed that the morbiditiy of overweight and obesity in urban residents was significantly higher than that in rural residents （OR=1.274）, the morbiditiy of overweight and obesity in females was significantly higher than that in males （OR=1.203）, the morbidities of overweight and obesity in 30-years old group, 45-years old group and 60-69 years old group were significantly higher than that in 15-years old group （OR value was 1.795, 2.107 and 1.531, respectively）, the overweight and obesity rate in Hui residents was significantly higher than that in Han residents （OR=1.674）, the overweight and obesity rates in residents with some jobs （transportation, business service, management, stuff and retirement） were significantly higher than those in residents with other jobs （agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery）. Conclusion The overweight and obesity rates in urban and rural residents of Yunnan province are high and there are significant differences in residents with different characters, the intervention measures should be taken for residents with high risk.
