葡聚糖透析液与腹膜透析

长期使用以葡萄糖作为渗透剂的乳酸盐透析液，最终可导致腹膜结构和功能发生不可逆变化。因而，新型透析液的研发成为近年来腹膜透析的研究热点，葡聚糖透析液是取得的最大进展之一。相对于传统透析液，葡聚糖透析液具有许多优点，诸如具备良好的生物相容性，可通过降低碳水化合物的吸收而减少代谢并发症，在增加超滤的同时改善患者液体状况，对患者的残余肾功能有保护作用等。然而，由于测量方法的局限性，会产生血糖值的假性偏高而引起不良后果。文章就葡聚糖透析液的特点及其在腹膜透析中的应用进行综述。
