| Abstract: | The paper summed up the application practice of NAT in blood screening from the following aspects: the establishment of the PCR standardized laboratory to develop standard operating procedures;strengthening personnel training;the correct choice of equipment and facilities,and to make its calibration and maintenance;the selection of qualified laboratory supplies;formulation of strict anti-pollution measures,good environmental quality control;performing test quality control;ensuring the integrity of the record,etc. |
