| Abstract: | Refer to the first batch of high quality care demonstration ward experience,the paper summed up the practice of quality of care in department of respiratory medicine from seven aspects including developing activity plans,reforming the scheduling mode,strengthening the nurse-patient communication,implementation of basic nursing care and specialist care,strengthening health education management and improvement of the performance appraisal system. |
