| 摘 要： | 急性有机磷农药中毒除常见的M(胆碱受体)样作用、N(烟碱受体)样作用以及继发多器官受损的临床表现外,有时可以见到些特殊的临床表现,主要有中毒症状反跳、迟发性猝死、迟发性死亡、中间综合征、有机磷诱发迟发性神经病等,现对其机制和治疗进行综述。

| Abstract: | Besides the common clinical manifestations of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP),there are some special clinical manifestations,such as intoxicated rebound,tardive sudden death,tardive death,intermediate syndrome(IMS),and organophosphate induced delayed polyneuropathy(OPIDP).We will approach the mechanisms and treatments of these special clinical manifestations in this review. |
