| 摘 要： | 目的探讨黄芪治疗肾病综合征(NS)的作用机制.方法随机抽样分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用黄芪静脉点滴法,观察其对血浆蛋白、血脂的影响.结果治疗后治疗组NS患儿血浆蛋白明显升高,血脂明显下降,与对照组比较有显著性差异,P＜0.05.结论黄芪治疗NS的部分机制可能是升高血浆蛋白水平、降低血脂水平.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the mechanism of root of Mongolian milkvetch (RMM) in treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Method Patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given infusion of RMM by intravenous drip. Its effect on plasma protein and lipidemia was observed. Result After the treatment the patients'plasma protein levels were obviously raised and their lipidemia levels were declined. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of RMM for treating nephritic syndrome may raise the level of plasma protein and to decrease the lipidemia level. |
