骨桥蛋白与尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨骨桥蛋白（OPN）和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物（uPA）在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其与喉癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测64例喉癌组织、18例癌旁正常黏膜中OPN和uPA的表达，从部位、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移等不同方面分别进行对照分析，比较其有无差异。结果64例喉癌组织中OPN与uPA蛋白的阳性表达率分别为62．5％（40／64）、65．6％（42/64）。OPN与uPA的表达与肿瘤组织临床病理分期和有无淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05），与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤的部位及分化程度等无关（P〉0．05），且二者表达呈正相关（r=0．6625，P〈0．05）。结论OPN和uPA基因蛋白在喉癌的侵袭转移过程中起着重要作用，有望成为反映喉癌生物学特性及评价预后的重要标记分子。

Expressions and clinical significance of osteopontin and uPA in squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx

Objective To investigate expressions of osteopontin(OPN) and urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA) and their relation to the invasiveness and metastasis of squamous cell carcinoma of the human larynx.Methods Expressions of OPN and uPA in 64 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissue and 18 cases of adjacent normal tissue were detected by using an immunohistochemistry method.Differences of age,sex,differentiation degree,clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis were analyzed.Results In 64 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissues,the positive expression rates of OPN and uPA were 62.5%(40/64) and 65.6%(42/64) respectively,which were obviously higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).Expressions of OPN and uPA in carcinoma tissues were related to clinical pathological stage and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05),but not related to age,sex or differentiation degree(P>0.05).Expression of OPN was positively correlated with that of uPA in laryngeal carcinoma tissues(r=0.6625,P<0.05).Conclusion Expressions of OPN and uPA can reflect biological characteristics of laryngeal carcinoma and could be used as important molecular markers in the prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.
