| 摘 要： | 目的分析消化性溃疡患者合并急性出血与发热的内在关系。方法观察76例消化性溃疡合并急性出血患者的出血与发热情况。结果发热与消化性渍疡出血患者的急性活动性出血相关（P〈0．01）,与胃肠道积血无明显相关。结论发热可作为观察消化性溃疡合并急性出血发生和转归的一个间接指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the internal relations between peptic ulcer bleeding and fever. Methods 76 cases of peptic ulcer bleeding and fever were observed. Results Fever was related to acute active bleeding in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding （P 〈0.01）, but was not obviously related to gastrointestinal blood. Conclusion Fever can be used as an indirect index to observe the happening and prognosis of peptic ulcer bleeding. |
