摘    要:目的探讨人工气道气囊是否需定时放气.方法对55例建立人工气道的患者,采用德国产VBM专用气囊测压表检测注气后2 h、4 h、6 h气囊压力变化;用一次性注射器回抽法,检测注气后2 h、4 h、6 h气囊余气量变化.结果注气后2 h压力和余气量变化,经统计学处理,差异无统计学意义;注气后4 h、6 h压力和余气量变化,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义.结论注气后4 h压力开始降低,余气量逐渐减少,主张注气后4 h需检查气囊,补充气量,而不应放气,以发挥气囊的最佳作用.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the need of cuff deflation in definite time for artificial airway. Method The cuff pressure of 55 patients with artificial airway were measured with German VBM special cuff manometer 2 hours,4 hours,6 hours after inflated,meanwhile the air volume were measured with disposible syringe withedrawing 2 hours,4 hours,6 horus after inflated. Result The changes of cuff pressure and air volume 2 hours after inflated had no difference in statistics, but 4 hours,6 hours after inflated had obvious difference in statistics. Conclusion The cuff pressure and air volume begin to decrease 4 hours after inflated, so we suggest to check the cuff and supplement air 4 hours after inflated but not to deflate so as to take the best advantage of the cuff of the artificial airway.
