吉林省视力残疾和弱视现状分析

目的 调查分析吉林省视力残疾、弱视、屈光不正等的现状及流行病学的一般情况。方法在吉林省采用概率比例随机抽取100个样本单位（51139人），占全省总人数的2．29％，专项调查长春市8所小学8861人（17722眼），并重点对其低视力构成、弱视患病情况进行统计学分析。结果全部调查的51139人中58％的视力残疾需要医院治疗，75％为可防可治者。调查的小学8861人中，弱视占调查人数的1．84％，以眼数计算占1．28％，是视力不良的第2位。结论调查吉林省视力残疾、弱视、屈光不正现状，掌握吉林省视力残疾，特别是弱视、屈光不正患病情况及流行病学等资料，为政府行政主管部门制定政策特别是卫生和教育主管部门制定相应的条例或法规提供可靠的基础依据（中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志，2008，8：377—378）

Survey of the visual disabilities and the amblyopia in Jilin Province

Objective To investigate the situation of the visual disabilities, amblyopia and refractive errors in Jilin Province and their epidemiological characteristics. Methods One hundred samples（51 139 persons） were randomly selected from Jinlin Province and 8 861 children（ 17 722 eyes）from 8 primary schools in Changchun City were further analyzed for the composition of the low-vision and the incidence of the amblyopia. The data were statistically analyzed. Results Fifty-eight percent of the visual disability needed professional treatment, 75% of which was preventable and 1.84% of the 8 861 children（ 1.24% of the 17 722 eyes） seemed to be amblyopia. Conclusions Survey in Jinlin Province of the visual disability, amblyopia and refractive errors status quo, collection of the data visual disabilities in particular the visually-impaired, the prevalence of myopia, and epidemiological information provided a reliable basis for formulating appropriate legislation or regulations by the government. （ Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngol,2008,8：377- 378）
