钛板在颌骨骨折治疗中的应用

目的 总结小型钛板治疗颌骨骨折的实践经验。方法 手法直视下进行骨折复位。确认对正咬合关系，并做临时颌间结扎，按Champy理想线标出固定位置。适当弯曲钛板，以适合骨表面曲率，按标记的位置用手授钻钻孔旋紧螺钉，颏孔区骨折应注意避免损伤颏神经，反复冲洗创口、并严密缝合。结果 所有患者术后均达到良好复位固定，除一例下凳角部骨折因感染而取出钛板重新行颌间结扎外，其余均Ⅰ期愈合，未发现咬合错乱或神经损伤等并发症。结论 钛板内固定技术，效果可靠，缩短或免除颌间结扎固定，迅速恢复颌骨功能，是理想的固定技术方法。

Titanium plate applied in the treatment of maxillary and mandibular fracture

Objective: To survey the practical experience of the treatment of maxillary and mandibular fractures using eitanical plate. Methods: The fractures were replaced with hands under direct vision. The occluding relation was corrected and temporary intermaxillary ligation was used before operation. According to Champy's theory, we labelled the fixed site, curved properlythe Titanium plate to make it fit for the surface of bone. According to the labelled site, we made a hole with a hand drill, made screws fit, paid attention to the mental nerves, washed the wound again and again sewed it exactly. Results: After the operations, most patients were satisfied with the treatment, only one patient had a second intermaxillary ligation for the infection of fracture of gonial angle. No patient had occlusion disharmony of nerve damage. Conclusion: The technique of using titaniun plate to fix fracture has such advantages that it can reduce or avoid the intermaxillary ligation, and recover maxillary function rapidly, I think it is an ideal technique to fix the fracture.
