摘    要:目的 评价四川省食物中毒事件调查报告质量,为提高调查能力和规范撰写调查报告提供科学依据。方法 根据突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统,收集2004-2016年四川省发病人数大于20人的食物中毒事件调查报告,计算调查报告完整率;依据相关指南,挑选关键指标对结案报告内容开展评价。结果 调查报告完整率为51.6%,有112起事件的结案报告纳入分析。仅17.9%报告明确了病例定义,34.8%报告计算了罹患率。50%以上的报告描述了潜伏期、时间分布特征、人群分布特征,仅17.9%报告绘制了发病曲线。仅有5份报告开展分析性流行病学研究。40.2%报告调查了可疑食物加工过程,27.7%报告分析了食品污染环节。90%以上的事件进行了实验室采样和检验工作,仅6.3%报告对检验结果进行了解释与分析。60.7%事件查明了致病因子,27.7%事件查明了致病食品。结论 四川省基层疾病预防控制机构食物中毒事件的流行病学调查能力及调查报告撰写质量有待进一步提高。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the quality of the survey reports of food poisoning events in Sichuan Province from 2004 to 2016, and to provide a scientific basis to further improve the quality of survey report. Methods According to the data of the public emergency network direct reporting system, food poisoning reports including more than 20 cases were collected. The rate of reporting completeness was calculated. The final reports were evaluated by key index according to the relevant guide. Results The rate of reporting completeness was 51.6%, and 112 final reports were evaluated. Only 17.9% of the reports defined case definition, and 34.8% calculated attack rate. Over 50% of the reports recorded incubation period, distribution of time and population distribution, however, only 17.9% of them drawn the epidemic curve. Only 5 reports carried out analytical epidemiology study. Only 40.2% of the events investigated the food processing, and 27.7% analyzed the food contamination source. Over 90% of the reports contained laboratory sampling and testing, but only 6.3% of them explained and analyzed the results. 60.7% of the reports ascertained the pathogenic factor, and 27.7% of them found out the contaminated food. Conclusion The ability on the epidemiological survey and the quality of survey reports of food poisoning events in the local center for disease control and prevention in Sichuan Province should be further improved.
