盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周牙髓综合征的临床效果和安全性分析

目的 分析盐酸米诺环素应用于牙周牙髓综合征中疗效和安全性。方法 选取本院2016年8月~2017年8月接收的106例牙周牙髓的综合征患者，分为研究组和对照组，各53例。对两组皆施予根管治及牙周等基础治疗，对照组在基础治疗上加碘甘油实施治疗，研究组在基础治疗中加盐酸米诺环素进行治疗，对两组疗效加以分析。结果 研究组PD（2.11±0.13）mm，对照组（3.09±0.52）mm，对照组PD更深，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗有效率（96.23%）高于对照组（75.47%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组不良反应率为20.75%，高于研究组的5.66%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 牙周牙髓综合征应用盐酸米诺环素治疗，疗效、安全性皆高。

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Minocycline Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Periodontal Pulp Syndrome

Abstract:Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of minocycline hydrochloride in periodontal pulp syndrome.Methods 106 patients with periodontal pulp syndrome received in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were divided into study group and control group with 53 cases each.Root canal therapy and periodontal therapy were applied to both groups.The control group was treated with iodine glycerol in the basic treatment.The study group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride in the basic treatment. The efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.Results The research group PD(2.11±0.13)mm,the control group(3.09±0.52)mm,control group PD deeper,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group treatment efficiency(96.23%)was higher than the control group(75.47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group adverse reaction rate of 20.75%,higher than that of group 5.66%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of periodontitis with minocycline hydrochloride has high efficacy and safety.
