| 摘 要： | 剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠是临床上一种极度危险的妊娠类型，它是剖宫产的远期并发症之一，其确切发病机理目前尚不完全明确，与多种因素相关。目前，临床治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠没有统一的规范标准，无一种理想的、一致的治疗途径及方法。本文综述剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠的临床诊治，目的在于为剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床诊治提供一定的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Abstract:Uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section is one of the most dangerous types of pregnancy.It is one of the long-term complications of cesarean section.The exact pathogenesis is not yet completely clear,and it is related to a variety of factors.At present, there is no uniform standard for clinical treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.There is no ideal and consistent treatment way and method.This article summarizes the clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section,aiming to provide some reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. |
