移动端互动游戏对缓解心脏病患者术前焦虑的影响评价

目的 探讨移动端互动游戏对缓解心脏病患者术前焦虑的影响。方法 选择本院2017年1月~2018年1月收治的心脏病患者72例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组及观察组各36例，对照组为常规优质护理服务，观察组则增加移动端互动游戏干预，观察两组术前焦虑水平、生命体征及术后疼痛程度。结果 术前1 d两组患者焦虑程度比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术前30 min两组患者焦虑水平均出现变化，其中观察组焦虑评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；术前1 d两组患者心率水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术前30 min两组患者心率水平均出现变化，其中观察组心率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术前1 d，两组收缩压和舒张压比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术前30 min两组患者收缩压和舒张压均出现变化，其中观察组收缩压低于对照组（P＜0.05），但两组舒张压比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 针对心脏病患者在护理中加入移动端互动游戏干预可进一步缓解其术前焦虑水平，确保其稳定生命体征，并缓解术后疼痛，提高患者生活质量。

Evaluation of the Effect of Mobile Interactive Games on Relieving Preoperative Anxiety in Patients with Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the effect of mobile interactive games on relieving preoperative anxiety in patients with heart disease. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 72 patients with heart disease were selected,the patients were randomly divided into control group (n=36) and observation group (n=36).The control group was treated with routine quality nursing service, while the observation group added the mobile side interactive game intervention.The levels of anxiety,vital signs and postoperative pain were observed in both groups.Results There was no significant difference in anxiety between the two groups 1 d before operation (P>0.05).The anxiety level of the two groups changed 30 min before operation, and the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups 1 d before operation(P>0.05).Heart rate changes in both groups at 30 min before operation and the heart rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups 1 d before operation (P>0.05).Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were changed in both groups 30 min before operation, and the systolic blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0. 05),but there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion For the patients with heart disease, the intervention of mobile side interactive games can further alleviate the anxiety level before operation, ensure the stability of vital signs, relieve postoperative pain and improve the quality of life of patients with heart disease.
