| 摘 要： | 急性肾损伤是由各种原因引起的短时间内肾功能急剧下降而出现的临床综合征，其概念是由急性肾衰发展而来。由于传统的AKI诊断标准缺乏特异性以及敏感性，因此，近年来许多新型AKI早期标志物引起研究者的重视。文章就几种新型标志物的生物学功能、研究现状及前景进行综述。

| Abstract: | Abstract:Acute kidney injury is a clinical syndrome that is caused by a sharp drop in renal function within a short period of time due to various causes.The concept is developed from acute renal failure.Due to the lack of specificity and sensitivity of traditional AKI diagnostic criteria,many new AKI early markers have attracted researchers' attention in recent years.This article reviews the biological functions,research status and prospects of several new markers. |
