盐酸吗啡缓释片联合低剂量阿米替林治疗中重度癌性骨痛的疗效观察

目的 探讨盐酸吗啡缓释片联合低剂量阿米替林治疗中重度癌性骨痛的疗效及安全性。方法 选择2015年1~12月在自贡市第四人民医院接受盐酸吗啡缓释片联合低剂量阿米替林镇痛治疗的中重度癌性骨痛患者，共47例，观察并记录患者镇痛有效率、生活质量评分及副反应。结果 治疗14 d后患者疼痛缓解总有效率为89.36%。治疗后生活质量评分较治疗前有改善（18.22±4.53）分vs（12.92±5.41）]分，P＜0.05；主要不良反应为恶心、呕吐、便秘、嗜睡及口干。结论 盐酸吗啡缓释片联合低剂量阿米替林治疗中重度癌性骨痛安全有效，不良反应少。

Effects of Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets Combined with Low Dose Amitriptyline in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Cancer Bone Pain

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with low dose amitriptyline in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer bone pain.Methods A total of 47 patients received oral morphine hydrochloric and low dose amitriptyline to sustained release, observed pain relief degree, quality of life and adverse reaction were recorded.Results The general effective rate on 14 d was 89.36%.The quality of life score after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment (18.22±4.53) points vs (12.92±5.41)] points,P<0.05;The main side effects were nausea, vomiting, constipation, drowsiness and dry mouth. Conclusion Morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with low dose amitriptyline are safe and effective in the treatment of moderate and severe cancerous bone pain with low adverse reactions.
