安徽省2010-2013年女性甲状腺癌发病趋势分析

目的 分析安徽省肿瘤登记地区2010-2013年女性甲状腺癌发病趋势情况。方法 对2010-2013年安徽省肿瘤登记地区女性甲状腺癌发病资料进行分析,计算女性甲状腺癌发病率。结果 安徽省肿瘤登记地区农村女性甲状腺癌发病率由2010年1.55/10万增长至2013年的3.67/10万,城市女性甲状腺癌发病率由2010年3.48/10万增长至2013年的7.48/10万;增长的趋势均具有统计学意义(农村组2010-2013年趋势 χ2=32.88,P<0.05;城市组2010-2013年趋势χ2=60.34,P<0.05),农村女性甲状腺癌发病率与城市组比较差异有统计学意义( Z=-2.93,P<0.05)。结论 城市女性甲状腺癌发病率高于农村,除了城市0-24岁女性外,其他城市及农村女性甲状腺癌均表现出逐年上升趋势,要加强各年龄段女性甲状腺癌的防控工作,减轻甲状腺癌造成的疾病负担。

Incidence trend of female thyroid cancer in Anhui,2010-2013

Objective To understand the trend of female thyroid cancer from 2010 to 2013 in Anhui cancer registry areas. Methods Incidence of female thyroid cancer was calculated to analyze the trend from 2010 to 2013 in Anhui registries. Results The incidence of female thyroid cancer in the rural areas in 2010 was 1.55/105,which significantly increased to 3.67/105 in 2013( χ2=32.88,P<0.05).The incidence of that in urban areas increased from 3.48/105 in 2010 to 7.48/105 in 2013 significantly( χ2=60.34,P<0.05),too.The difference between the incidences of rural and urban female thyroid cancer was significant.(Z=-2.93,P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of female thyroid cancer of the urban group is higher than that of the rural group.The significant rising trend of the incidence of different age groups in rural and urban areas except for 0-24 age group in the urban area indicates the prevention and control of female thyroid cancer need to be enhanced to reduce the burden of thyroid cancer.
