2007-2016年哈尔滨市流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征分析

目的 分析哈尔滨市2007-2016年流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征,评价扩大国家免疫规划效果,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法 对2007-2016年哈尔滨市流行性腮腺炎发病情况进行描述性分析。结果 2007-2016 年哈尔滨市共报告流行性腮腺炎15445例,年平均发病率为15.09/10万,2012-2016年年平均发病率(8.78/10万)较2007-2011年(21.42/10万)下降了59.01%;市区发病高于外县;在4-6月、11-次年1月出现二个发病高峰;5~9岁发病人数最多,占40.34%,其次为10~14岁,占25.81%;发病人群主要为学生;男性发病高于女性;突发公共卫生事件相关信息多发生在小学。结论 哈尔滨市实施国家扩大免疫规划对降低流行性腮腺炎疫情的发生效果显著。

Epidemiological analysis of mumps in Harbin,2007-2016

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Harbin from 2007 to 2016,and to evaluate the effect of an expanded national immunization plan,so as to provide a scientific basis for prevention strategies.Methods The incidence of mumps in Harbin from 2007-2016 was described.Results In 2007-2016,15445 cases of mumps were reported in Harbin,the average annual incidence rate was 15.09/100000,and the average annual incidence rate from 2012-2016(8.78/100000)decreased by 59.01% compared 2007-2011(21.42/100000).The incidence of urban diseases was higher than that of other counties.In April-June,November- next January,two peak cases appeared.The highest number of cases occurred between the ages of 5-9 years(40.34%),followed by 10-14 years(25.81%);The main group of patients were students;Males had a higher incidence than females;The public health accident of mumps occurred in primary school.Conclusion The effect of expanded national immunization plan to reduce the epidemic incidence of mumps is remarkable in Harbin.
