| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）是一种发病率及死亡率极高的呼吸系统疾病。COPD急性发作的诱因众多，及时准确找出COPD急性发作的诱发因素对疾病情的判断和后续治疗具有极大的临床指导意义。本文就COPD急诊发作常见的诱发因素进展作一综述。
