摘    要:目的 探讨3D打印导板技术配合复杂骨盆骨折微创置钉手术的手术护理配合。方法 总结2017年6月~2018年1月我院为10例骨折患者进行3D打印导板技术配合微创置钉术的手术方法及护理。结果 10例患者均骨折复位良好,固定稳定,未出现1例血管神经损伤,下肢活动和坐位时疼痛感逐渐消失,术后X光片检查,均通过两枚微创螺钉的固定,骨折达到有效的治疗效果。结论 3D打印导板技术配合微创置钉手术,可让骨盆骨折患者从各方面达到良好的手术效果,同时良好的手术护理也是手术成功至关重要的步骤。用3D打印导板技术进行仿真模型制作,进行精准手术演练,无需计算机导航设备,术中透视少,置钉精准度高,可达到手术时间更短,疗效更好,费用更低的效果。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To explore the nursing cooperation of 3D printing guided plate combined with minimally invasive nail placement for complex pelvic fracture.Methods From June 2017 to January 2018,the surgical methods and nursing care of 10 patients with fracture treated by 3D printing guided plate combined with minimally invasive nail placement were summarized.Results All the 10 patients had good reduction,stable fixation,no injury of blood vessel and nerve,the pain of lower extremity movement and sitting position gradually disappeared.X-ray examination after operation,all of them were fixed by two minimally invasive screws.The fracture achieves the effective treatment effect.Conclusion 3D printing guided plate technique combined with minimally invasive nail placement can make the pelvic fracture patients achieve good surgical results from all aspects,and good surgical nursing is also a crucial step for successful operation.Using 3D printing guide board technology to make simulation model,accurate operation drill,no computer navigation equipment,less fluoroscopy during operation,high accuracy of nail placement,can achieve the effect of shorter operation time,better curative effect and lower cost.
