基于3Dslier及3dsmax的人腰椎侧隐窝前后径虚拟测量的可行性与精确性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨人腰椎侧隐窝前后径虚拟测量的可行性与精确性。方法 CT数据包括正常腰椎1例,椎间盘突出2例;腰椎干标本(骨性+椎间盘假体)8例。在3D Slicer 4.4基于CT数据重建出虚拟模型,在3ds max中用欧氏距离测算出L1~L5侧隐窝前后径大小。利用游标卡尺对腰椎干标本的L1~L5侧隐窝前后径进行测量。对所得数据进行双样本等方差t检验,得出虚拟正常腰椎与干标本,虚拟正常腰椎与虚拟椎间盘突出病例在腰椎侧隐窝前后径上的差异。结果 正常组与病例1,病例2及干标本组对比地,侧隐窝前后径均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 基于三维模型的虚拟测量方法在人椎间孔径测量中有着较高的可行性与可靠性。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility and accuracy of virtual measurement of anterior and posterior diameter of lateral recess of human lumbar vertebrae.Methods CT data included 1 case of normal lumbar vertebra and 2 cases of disc herniation,8 cases of Lumbar dry specimen(bony intervertebral+disc prosthesis).In 3D Slicer 4.4,a virtual model is reconstructed based on CT data, and the size of the front and back diameter of the L1~L5 side recess is measured in the Euclidean distance in 3ds max.A vernier caliper was used to measure the L1~L5 lateral recess diameter of the lumbar spine.The data were analyzed by double sample and equal variance t test.The difference between the virtual normal lumbar and dry specimen,the virtual normal lumbar vertebrae and the virtual intervertebral disc protrusion in the lumbar lateral recess was obtained.Results There was no statistical difference between the normal group and case 1,case 2 and dry specimen group,and there was no statistical difference between the lateral recess and the anterior and posterior diameter(P>0.05).Conclusion The virtual measurement method based on three dimensional model has high feasibility and reliability in human intervertebral aperture measurement.
