1985与2014年新疆哈萨克族中学生生长发育水平分析

目的 了解新疆13～18岁哈萨克族中学生1985和2014年身体形态的变化,为进一步提高哈萨克族中学生生长发育水平提供理论依据。方法 利用1985年和2014年全国学生体质与健康调研的资料,对新疆13～18岁哈萨克族中学生的身高、体重、胸围等生长发育指标数据进行对比分析。结果 近30年间,新疆哈萨克族13～18岁中学生身体形态各项指标大幅度的提高。与1985年相比较,2014年哈萨克族13～18岁男、女学生身高平均提高了833cm和443cm,体重平均增长了845kg和457kg,胸围平均增加了444cm和516cm。各项指标大多数年龄组增长差异均有统计学意义。结论 与1985年相比较,2014年哈萨克族中学生生长发育水平明显提高。但与全国平均水平相比较部分年龄段明显差于全国平均水平,应高度重视,采取各种有效措施进一步促进哈萨克族学生生长发育水平。

Growth and development level of Kazak middle school students,Xinjiang,1985-2014

Objective To understand the changes of body shape of Kazak middle school students aged 13-18 in 1985 and 2014 in Xinjiang,and to provide a theoretical basis for further improving the growth and development of Kazak middle school students.Methods Using the data of 1985 and 2014 national physique and health researches,the data of growth and development indicators of Kazakh middle school students in Xinjiang from 13 to 18 years old were compared and analyzed.Results In the past 30 years,the indicators of body shape of Kazak middle school students in Xinjiang from 13 to 18 years old have been greatly improved.Compared with 1985,the Kazak male and female students aged 13-18 increased their average height by 8.33 cm and 4.43 cm in 2014,their average body weight increased by 8.45 kg and 4.57 kg,and the average bust increased by 4.44 cm and 5.16 cm.The difference in the growth of most indicators in all age groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with 1985,the growth and development level of Kazak middle school students in 2014 significantly improved.However,compared with the national average,some age groups are significantly worse than the national average,which should be attached great importance to and take various effective measures to further promote the growth and development of Kazak students.
