血清AFP、CA19-9、CEA单项及三者联合检验对原发性肝癌早期诊断与治疗的意义对比

目的 探讨血清AFP、CA19-9、CEA单项及三者联合检验对原发性肝癌早期诊断与治疗的意义。方法 抽取2015年6月~2016年6月我院就诊的原发性肝癌患者50例设置为实验组，另同期收集50例健康体检者设置为常规组，对比两组受检者的血清AFP、CA19-9、CEA水平。结果 实验组的AFP、CEA、CA19-9的检验值分别为（58.25±6.21）ng/ml、（16.24±2.10）μg/L、（48.56±5.65）U/L，常规组分别为（2.30±0.62）ng/ml、（2.58±0.65）μg/L、（12.98±1.81）U/L，实验组检验值均高于常规组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对原发性肝癌患者给予血清AFP、CA19-9、CEA单项与三者联合检验方式的意义显著，便于为疾病诊疗提供相关的参考资料。

Comparison of the Significance of Serum AFP,CA19-9,CEA Single and Combined the Three Methods Tests in the Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

Abstract:Objective To investigate the significance of serum AFP,CA19-9,CEA single and combined the three methods tests in the early diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods 50 cases of primary liver cancer patients in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were set up as experimental group.In the same period,50 cases of healthy persons were set up as the routine group,and the serum levels of AFP,CA19-9 and CEA were compared between the two groups.Results The test values of AFP,CEA,CA19-9 were(58.25±6.21)ng/ml,(16.24±2.10)μg/L,(48.56±5.65)U/L in the experimental group,(2.30±0.62)ng/ml,(2.58±0.65)μg/Land(12.98±1.81)μg/L in the routine group,respectively.The test values in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is significant for the patients with primary liver cancer to receive serum AFP, CA19-9,CEA single and combined with the three methods tests,which is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
