妊娠合并糖尿病对分娩结局的影响观察

目的 探讨妊娠合并糖尿病对分娩结局的影响。方法 选取我院收治的108例糖尿病产妇，随机分为A组和B组，各54例。A组采取常规检测、用药、运动以及健康宣教等措施，B组在对照组基础上增加饮食干预的治疗措施。选取同期54例健康产妇作为对照组。观察三组产妇的分娩结局，包括早产、胎膜早破、羊水过多和产后出血，以及新生儿状况，包括巨大儿、新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖和低体质量儿。结果 与对照组相比，A、B两组产妇的分娩结局和新生儿状况相比，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。B组产妇早产、胎膜早破、羊水过多和产后出血发生率优于A组，B组巨大儿、新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖和低体质量儿发生率优于A组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者临床需要给予充分的重视，确保早期发现和科学的治疗，治疗期间确保有效的饮食干预措施，可显著改善分娩结局，提高早产妇和新生儿的健康程度。

Effect of Pregnancy Complicated with Diabetes on Delivery Outcome

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of pregnancy with diabetes on the outcome of delivery.Methods 108 cases of diabetic mothers admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B,54 cases each.Group A took routine tests, medications,exercise,and health education.Group B added dietary interventions to the control group.In the same period,54 healthy maternity women were selected as the control group.The delivery outcomes of the three groups of women were observed,including preterm birth,premature rupture of membranes,polyhydramnios and postpartum hemorrhage,and neonatal conditions,including macrosomia,neonatal asphyxia,neonatal hypoglycemia,and low body weight children.Results Compared with the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the delivery outcomes of the A and B groups and the neonatal status(P<0.05).The incidence of premature delivery,premature rupture of membranes,polyhydramnios,and postpartum hemorrhage in group B was better than that in group A.The incidence of macrosomia,neonatal asphyxia,neonatal hypoglycemia,and low body weight in group B was better than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gestational diabetes need to pay full attention to the clinical,ensure early detection and scientific treatment,ensure effective dietary interventions during treatment, can significantly improve the outcome of childbirth,improve the health of premature women and newborns.
