加减半夏厚朴汤联合葛根芩连汤治疗慢性咽喉炎的疗效观察

目的 观察加减半夏厚朴汤联合葛根芩连汤治疗慢性咽喉炎的临床效果。方法 随机选取我院2016年4月~2017年4月接收的慢性咽喉炎患者82例作为本次研究的对象，采用掷色子的方法将其分为两组，各41例，对照组采用葛根芩连汤进行治疗，研究组采用加减半夏厚朴汤联合葛根芩连汤进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.56%，高于对照组的85.36%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 加减半夏厚朴汤联合葛根芩连汤治疗慢性咽喉炎，可有效提高治疗效果，改善患者病情，在临床应用价值高。

Observation on Curative Effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction Combined with Gegen Qinlian Decoction in Treating Chronic Pharyngitis

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Houpu decoction combined with Gegen Qinlian decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods In our hospital in April 2016 ~2017 year in April received 82 cases of chronic pharyngitis patients as the research object were randomly selected,using the method of the dice will be divided into two groups,each of 41 cases, control group with Gegen Qinlian decoction treatment,the study group using Banxia Houpu decoction combined with Gegen Qinlian decoction treatment,compared two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.56%,which was higher than that in the control group 85.36%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of chronic pharyngitis with Banxia Houpu decoction combined with Gegen Qinlian decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the patient's condition.It has high value in clinical application.
