举元煎加味治疗气虚型月经过多的疗效观察

目的 观察举元煎治疗气虚型月经过多的临床效果。方法 选取2016年1月~12月在我院诊治的气虚型月经过多患者90例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组45例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组以中药举元煎为主再根据中医辩证分型进行加味治疗，对比两组患者的临床症状、红细胞化验结果以及临床疗效。结果 与对照组相比，治疗组在经期和经量、经色、经质及血常规红细胞化验检查等方面显著改善，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组总有效率为95.56%，高于对照组的84.44%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 举元煎加味治疗气虚型月经过多临床效果显著，标本兼治，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Menstrual Hypermenorrhea of Qi Deficiency Type by Ju Yuan Jian Decoction

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ju yuan-jian decoction in treating menstrual hypermenorrhea of qi deficiency type.Methods 90 patients with Qi deficiency type menorrhagia in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was mainly treated with traditional Chinese medicine"Ju Yuan Jian decoction".The clinical symptoms,red blood cell test results and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group improved significantly in menstrual period and volume,color,quality and routine erythrocyte examination.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%,which was higher than that of the control group 84.44%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Qi deficiency type menorrhagia with the addition and subtraction of Ju Yuan Jian decoction has remarkable clinical effect and is worth popularizing and applying.
