射干麻黄汤联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效观察

目的 观察小儿支气管哮喘急性发作采用射干麻黄汤联合穴位敷贴治疗的临床疗效，评价其安全性。方法 选取2015 年 7 月~2017 年 4月在本院诊治的100例哮喘患儿，按入院顺序分为研究组和对照组，各50例。在实行GINA 方案的基础上，两组必要时均给予雾化吸入以及吸氧、补液、抗生素、糖皮质激素治疗。研究组在此基础上采用射干麻黄汤配合穴位敷贴进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率、治疗显效率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应差异不大，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 针对小儿支气管哮喘急性发作采用射干麻黄汤配合穴位敷贴进行治疗，能显著改善患儿病症表现，获得较好的临床疗效。

Therapeutic Effect of Sheganmahuang Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application on Acute attack of Bronchial Asthma in Children

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of using sheganmahuang decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children and evaluate its safety.Methods From July 2015~2017 year in April 100 cases of children with asthma in our hospital,were randomly divided into study group and control group,50 cases each.In the implementation of GINA program,based on the two groups were given nebulization and oxygen inhalation,rehydration,antibiotics,glucocorticoid treatment when necessary.The research group on the basis of sheganmahuangtang with acupoint application treatment.Compared the incidence of two groups of clinical curative effects and adverse reactions.Results The total efficiency of treatment group,the effective rate of the treatment was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups had no difference, no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Sheganmahuang decoction combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the symptoms of children with acute attack of bronchial asthma and obtain better clinical effect.
