住院患者陪护就寝方式及其满意度的调查

目的 本项目拟对住院患者陪护就寝方式及其满意度进行现况调查，分析影响因素，为医院软文化建设和国家收费政策的拟定提供合理的依据。方法 任意选取唐山市三甲医院、二甲医院的开放式病区中800名住院患者陪护/家属，发放患者陪护/家属就寝管理模式与满意度调查表并现场收回，对不同医院之间对陪护就寝的管理规范程度、患者的满意程度进行分析比较。结果 不同医院之间对陪护就寝的管理规范程度、患者的满意程度对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；和三甲医院比较，二甲医院的规范程度和满意度更高；管理规范程度和满意度之间呈正相关（r=0.497，P＜0.05）。结论 不同医院之间对陪护就寝管理规范程度有差异，规范程度和陪护的满意度之间呈正相关。

Investigation of Bedtime and Satisfaction Degree of Accompanying Patients in Hospital

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current situation of inpatients' bed-sleeping methods and their satisfaction,and analyze the influencing factors to provide a reasonable basis for the construction of hospital soft culture and the formulation of national charging policies.Methods Arbitrarily select 800 hospitalized patients accompanying/family in the open ward of Tangshan city the top three hospitals and dimethyl hospitals,and issue the patient care/family bedtime management mode and satisfaction survey form and collect it on the spot,and go to bed with different hospitals.Analyze and compare the degree of management norms and patient satisfaction.Results The difference between the management level of the accompanying nursing and the satisfaction degree of the patients in different hospitals was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the top three hospitals,the standardization degree and satisfaction of the dimethyl hospitals were higher;there was a positive correlation between the degree of management norms and satisfaction(r=0.497,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a difference in the degree of regulation of accompanying nursing management between different hospitals,and there is a positive correlation between the degree of regulation and the satisfaction of accompanying care.
