团体辅导在抑郁患者中的作用分析

目的分析给予抑郁患者应用团体辅导的临床疗效遥方法选取2015 年7 月~2016年12 月在我院接受治疗的抑郁患者 70 例，按照住院时间顺序依次编号，前35 例患者接受常规的抗抑郁药物治疗为对照组，后35 例患者在对照组的基础上进行团 体辅导为试验组，比较两组患者治疗后的抑郁以及生活质量评分情况遥结果对照组患者治疗15 d 后的HAMD 评分以及治疗 1 y 后的HAMD 评分与试验组患者的相比具有显著差异曰对照组患者治疗15 d 后的GESE 评分以及治疗1 y 后的GESE 评分 与试验组患者的相比具有显著差异，均具有统计学意义（<0.05）遥结论对抑郁患者行团体辅导后临床疗效更佳，负性情绪有 所缓解，有较高的临床应用价值遥

The Role of Body Guidance in Patients with Depression

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of group counseling in depressive patients.Methods 70 patients with depression who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016 were sequentially numbered according to the length of hospital stay.The first 35 patients received conventional antidepressant drug as control group,after the 35 patients in the control group based on the group counseling for the experimental group,compared two groups of patients after treatment of depression and quality of life score.Results The HAMD score of the control group after half a month of treatment and the HAMD score after 1 month of treatment were significantly different from those of the experimental group.The GESE score of the control group after treatment for half a month and the GESE score after 1 months treatment were significantly different from those of the experimental group,with statistical significance ( <0.05).Conclusion The better clinical curative effect in patients with depression after group counseling,negative mood eased,it has higher clinical application value
