中医对留置导尿管伴随性感染防治的文献分析

目的分析中医在防治留置导尿管伴随性感染方面的研究状况，为今后的研究提供依据和方向遥方法以野中医OR中药冶AND野感染冶AND野尿管冶为检索词，在中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）尧中国知网（CNKI）尧万方数据库尧维普数据库（VIP）对采用中医方法防治CAUTI的文献进行检索和分析遥结果本次共检索出30篇文献，其中23篇为干预类研究，1篇综述，4篇经验或个案，涉及到的中医防治方法包括口服中药尧膀胱内冲洗尧中药外洗尧针灸或综合治疗方法曰2篇为基础研究，证实了中药的体外抑菌作用遥结论中医防治CAUTI的基础深厚，但研究刚刚起步，减少CAUTI的重点在于预防，保持尿道口清洁是重要环节曰中药外洗法简单易行，无侵入性，患者接受度高，可进一步规范研究，为其在预防尤其是高危及特殊患者CAUTI提供循证依据遥

Literature Analysis on the Prevention and Treatment of Adjoint Infection of IndwellingCatheter in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract:Objective To analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)in prevention and treatment of concomitantinfection of indwelling catheter and provide basis and direction for future research.Methods The Chinese word"AND"and"AND"wasused as a search term in Chinese traditional medicine"AND OR".The Chinese medicine method was used to prevent and treat thedisease in Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),(CNKI),Wanfang database and (VIP) database CAUTI's literature is searchedand analyzed.Results A total of 30 articles were retrieved, of which 23 were interventional studies,1 review,4 experiences or cases.The methods of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment involved oral Chinese medicine,intravesical irrigation,traditionalChinese medicine external washing,acupuncture or general treatment methods;2 for the basic research,confirmed the antibacterialeffect of traditional Chinese medicine in vitro.Conclusion The foundation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prevention andtreatment of CAUTI is profound.However,the study has just started and the key to reduce CAUTI is to prevent and maintain thecleanliness of the urethra.It is simple,non-invasive and highly acceptable for patients.It can be further standardized,for its evidence ofevidence-based prevention in CAUTI especially in high-risk and special patients
