硝酸甘油联合阿司匹林治疗心绞痛的临床效果观察

目的 分析硝酸甘油联合阿司匹林治疗心绞痛的疗效和价值。方法 选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院接收的心绞痛患者86例，随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组应用硝酸甘油治疗，观察组应用硝酸甘油联合阿司匹林治疗。统计两组患者用药后的每日心绞痛频率、每日硝酸甘油用量、心电图缺血时间、心电图缺血次数，观察临床疗效、心电图疗效不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率（97.67%）高于对照组（76.74%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组心电图明显改善率（48.84%）明显高于对照组（32.56%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组每日心绞痛次数、硝酸甘油用量、心电图缺血时间、心电图缺血次数均优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 对心绞痛患者采用硝酸甘油联合阿司匹林治疗，可获得较好的治疗效果，值得临床应用及推广。

Clinical Effect of Nitroglycerin Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris

Abstract:Objective To analyze the efficacy and value of nitroglycerin combined with aspirin in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,86 patients with angina pectoris admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nitroglycerin,and the observation group was treated with nitroglycerin combined with aspirin.The daily angina frequency, the amount of nitroglycerin daily,the time of electrocardiogram ischemia,the times of electrocardiogram ischemia, and the clinical curative effect and electrocardiogram curative effect were analyzed.Results The total effective rate(97.67%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The significant improvement rate of electrocardiogram(48.84%)in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(32.56%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of angina pectoris, nitroglycerin, electrocardiogram ischemia time and electrocardiogram ischemia in observation group were all better than those in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of angina patients with nitroglycerin combined with aspirin,can get better therapeutic effect,it is worth clinical application and promotion.
