蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注对新生儿黄疸的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 探讨蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注对于新生儿黄疸的治疗效果。方法 将我院2016年2月~2017年4月诊治的新生儿黄疸患儿共计98例为研究对象,利用随机抽样原则将患儿平均为观察组与对照组,每组49例。对照组给予蓝光干预,观察组联合应用蓝光照射及静脉注射白蛋白,比较两组的治疗效果及血清胆红素,直接/间接胆红素结果。结果 观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.92%,对照组患儿的治疗总有效率为77.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿的总胆红素水平、结合胆红素水平以及间接胆红素水平,低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴可有效降低新生儿的胆红素水平,对改善新生儿黄疸作用效果显著。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of blue light irradiation combined with albumin intravenous drip on neonatal jaundice.Methods From February 2016 to April 2017,98 newborns with jaundice were treated in our hospital.According to the principle of random sampling,the children were divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light,and the observation group was treated with blue light irradiation and intravenous albumin. The therapeutic effect and the results of serum bilirubin and direct/indirect bilirubin were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.92%,the total effective rate of the control group was 77.55%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total bilirubin level, the bilirubin level and the indirect bilirubin level in the children of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Blue light irradiation combined with albumin intravenous drip can effectively reduce the level of bilirubin in neonates and has a significant effect on improving neonatal jaundice.
