2017年临沂市蔬菜农药残留监测结果分析

摘    要:目的 为了解临沂市蔬菜中农药残留情况,为食品安全风险性评估提供科学依据。方法 按照食品安全风险监测要求, 2017年对市售蔬菜中有机磷类、氨基甲酸酯类、拟除虫菊酯类共30种农药残留开展监测。 结果 共检测蔬菜样品140份,检出农药残留23份,总检出率为16.4%;检出农药残留超标13份,总超标率为9.29%。超标率从高到低分别为根茎类12.5%、叶菜类10%、茄果类10%、薯芋类10%、豆类0%。140份蔬菜样品均进行30种农药残留的检测,检出残留农药10种,超标农药5种,超标率由高到低分别为氯唑磷2.86%、甲拌磷2.14%、乐果2.14%、氧化乐果1.43%、杀扑磷0.71%。结论 临沂市蔬菜产品存在一定程度的农药残留污染,但农残超标情况处于较低水平。

Abstract:Objective To understand the pesticide residues in vegetables in Linyi, and to provide scientific basis for the food safety risk assessment. Methods According to the requirements of food safety risk monitoring, 30 kinds of pesticides, including organophosphorus, carbamate and pyrethroids, were monitored in 2017. Results A total of 140 samples were detected, and pesticide residues were detected in 23 samples, with the detection rate of 16.4%. The pesticide residues in 13 samples exceeded the national hygienic standard, with the total over-limit rate of 9.29%. The over-limit rates were 12.5% for rhizome, 10% for leafy vegetables, 10% for eggplant, 10% for potato taro, and 10% for potato, respectively. 140 samples of vegetables were tested for 30 pesticide residues. 10 kinds were detected and 5 kinds exceeded the national hygienic standard. The over-limit rates were 2.86% for isazofos, 2.14% for phalanthemum, 2.14% for dimethoate, 1.43% for omethoate and 0.71% for methidathion. Conclusion There is a certain amount of pesticide residues in the vegetable products in Linyi, but the over-limit rates are in a comparatively low level.
