2011-2017年黑龙江西北部女性患者HPV感染基因型别的分析

目的 探讨黑龙江省西北部地区妇科门诊患者HPV的感染情况及基因分型的特点。方法 选取2011年1月-2017年8月齐齐哈尔医学院临床病理诊断中心妇科门诊患者2405例宫颈脱落细胞,利用导流杂交技术进行HPV21种型别检测。结果 2405例患者中,HPV阳性率4536%;≤30岁组感染率最高(5217%),31~40岁组最低(4234%),从31~40岁组至＞50岁组逐渐增加。1091例HPV阳性患者中,单一感染713例,占6535%,其中高危型占5463%;低危型占1072%;双重及多重感染占3465%。HPV感染前5位的型别分别是HPV16、52、58、53、39,其中HPV16感染率最高占2511%,单一感染率为1522%;CINⅢ及宫颈癌患者HPV感染型别以16型、18型为主。结论 黑龙江省西北部地区妇科门诊患者HPV感染以单一高危型为主,主要类型是HPV16、52、58、53、39,可为本地区宫颈癌的预防及疫苗的应用提供理论依据。

HPV infection in female patients,Northwest Heilongjiang,2011-2017

Objective To investigate the HPV infection status and genotyping characteristics of gynecological patients in northwestern Heilongjiang.Methods From January,2011 to August,2017,2405 cases of cervical exfoliated cells were selected from the gynecological patients of Clinical Pathological Diagnosis Center of Qiqihar Medical University.The 21 types of HPV were detected by diversion hybridization technique.Results Among 2405 patients,the positive rate of HPV was 45.36%.In the age group of less than or equal to 30,the highest infection rate was 52.17%,and the lowest infection rate was 42.34% in the age group of 31 to 40.From the age group of 31 to 40 to the age group of over 50,the infection rate increased gradually.Among the 1091 HPV positive patients,713 cases were a single infection(65.35%),including high-risk type(54.63%),low-risk type(10.72%),double multiple infections(34.65%).The first five types of HPV infection were HPV16,HPV52,HPV58,HPV53 and HPV39.The highest infection rate of HPV16 was 25.11%,and the single infection rate was 15.22%.The types of HPV infection in patients with CINIII and cervical cancer were mainly HPV16 and HPV18.Conclusion In northwestern Heilongjiang,HPV infection in gynecological patients is the mainly single high-risk type,and the main types are HPV16,HPV52,HPV58,HPV53 and HPV39.It can provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and vaccine application of cervical cancer in this area.
