血府逐瘀汤加减治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的疗效研究

目的 观察血府逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 从我院2016年1月~2017年6月收治的气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者中抽取70例展开研究，依照双色球随机模式分为两组，各35例。对照组患者采用常规硝苯地平、普萘洛尔治疗，观察组患者采用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗，观察两组疗效、血流动力学及血脂水平。结果 治疗后，观察组总有效率为95.71%，高于对照组的68.57%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；血流动力学方面，观察组患者血浆比黏度、全血比黏度及红细胞压积水平改善幅度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C改善幅度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 对气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者采用血府逐瘀汤治疗可有效提高治疗效果，促进患者血液流变学、血脂水平改善，不增加不良反应。

Therapeutic Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Angina Pectoris with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods From January 2016 to June 2017,70 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis were selected and divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nifedipine and propranolol,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.The curative effect,hemodynamics and blood lipid level of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.71%,which was higher than that of the control group 68.57%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of hemodynamics,the plasma specific viscosity,whole blood specific viscosity and hematocrit level were better in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the improvement rates of TG,TC,LDL-C,and HDL-C in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction during the treatment period,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction for angina pectoris patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type coronary heart disease can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,promote hemorheology,improve blood lipid level,and do not increase adverse reactions.
